Group Coaching

Leading from Center: Nervous System Intelligence for Leaders
Learn how to lead from a grounded, centered presence. This workshop explores the connection between your nervous system and your leadership effectiveness. Through embodied practices and reflective exercises, leaders gain tools to regulate themselves under pressure—and create more trust, clarity, and coherence in their teams.
Crafting Communication with Care
In human systems where we are trying to get work done together (departments within an company, a group of colleagues, cross-functional teams, etc) all of the coordination relies upon communication. Conversations, weather written or verbal, recorded or real time either drive connection or disconnection. Explore what it takes to intentionally craft conversations that lead to higher connectivity - more understanding, more alignment, more psychological safety. With conversations like these, we are more open and innovative. Better together. This workshop helps leaders develop relational agility and emotional intelligence—key ingredients for healthy, high-functioning teams.
